Celia Botto, M.Ed., is an author and educational program coordinator from New Hampshire. She is a licensed special educator with ten years of classroom experience, ranging from kindergarten to high school.
Born in the Berkshires, Celia proudly distributed her first collection of short stories to her parents, teachers and friends in the 3rd grade. Since then, she has pursued publishing opportunities beyond her kitchen table, though she continues to credit her early exposure to the arts and public education for laying the foundation to her writing. Celia resides in Manchester with her husband, dog, and their collection of vinyl records.
The Ostrich Needs a Lift is Celia’s second book. It is set to be released in spring 2026.
Her first book, When Ayden Paints the Sky, was published in 2024.
